This notice explains what we collect when you join the Vanbor waitlist and how we use it.
Who we are
Vanbor is operated by [Legal entity name], Uzbekistan. Contact: hello@your-domain.uz.
What we collect
The details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, city and, depending on your role, company name, cargo type and volume or truck type and capacity. We also record the page language, the date and how you found us (for example, an ad link).
Why we use it
Only to contact you about Vanbor's launch, help you set up an account and understand which cities and truck types are in demand. We don't sell your data.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) with restricted access for the Vanbor team. Before the service launches we will move personal data to storage that meets Uzbekistan's personal data requirements.
How long we keep it
Until launch and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@your-domain.uz.
